Heavy Rain in Gujarat on 25 26 September 2013 – Ahmedabad Rajkot Surat Vadodara

From last 2 Days, there was heavy rain fall in complete Gujarat State. From last 2 days 25th September 2013, Rain started from North Gujarat areas like Surat, Vapi, Bharuch, Vadodara, Valsad, Anand etc… then it was turn for Gujarat Metro City Ahmedabad.

On 25th in just 4 Hours, Ahmedabad Areas are full of rain and water storage was over the capacity of road, and finally lots of roads and under bridges were closed.

And today it’s turn for Rajkot City and Complete Saurashtra Region… In just 12 Hours, Rajkot received 20 Inch Rain at 25th Night, and it was continue on 26th September 2013. In the afternoon most of main DAMs and RIVERS were Overflow and flowing full of water.

Most Important and Famous Dams like Bhadar Dam, Bhadar Dam 1, Bhadar Dam 2, Nyari Dam, Aji Dam, Aji Dam 1, Aji Dam 2 and rest few more Dams were overflow due to heavy rain in complete saurashtra region of Gujarat India.

Apart from Rajkot, surrounding places like Morbi, Gondal, Amreli, Jasdan, Babra, Junagadh, Chotila etc..has rain in range of 1 to 10 Inch in these two days, after Ganesh Chaturthi Festival 2013 and prior to most famous and longest Gujarat festival “Navratri Garba Dandiya Raas 2013″.
