To provide reasonable housing to the poor, low and medium income group people, The Gujarat Housing Board has in progress building houses and our goal is to build 25,000 to 40,000 houses every year.
GHB Aawas Yojna is very nice Yojna to give benefit low income groups and Medium income group. This Yojna providing facilities to the urban people in view of fast urbanization, building of beautiful, clean, developmental and vibrant cities and keeping the necessities of all inclusive growth into account, the Government has declared the year of 2005 as the year of urban development and initiated for organized development of the cities.
GHB Aawas Yojna Lucky Draw in Rajkot on 15th June 2014 at Hemu Gadhavi Hall. Gujarat Housing Board came into existence on 1st May 1960 as a result of split of Bombay State and Bombay Housing Board and addition of Saurashtra Housing Board.
