Police Heart Ahmedabad Call 1091 – Women Safety Security Day on October 2014

Suraksha setu society and PoliceHEART1091 are going to celebrate 9th October – Women Safety Security Day by doing Halla Bol Event

Through this event we want to generate awareness of Women Safety Security and 1091 woman safety line services. This event would be simultaneously held in approx 400 institutes, schools, colleges, organizations, associations, clubs, corporates across Ahmedabad on 9th October at 10:00 hrs or 16:00 hrs.

Your role would be:

To identify and take permission of an organization where you would like to do the Halla Bol event (if u r unable to do it then we will do it for u -optional). To go to that organization on 9th oct at 10:00 or/and 16:00 hrs and to give presentation for 10 minutes as well as show video presentation for the new concept Lagao 1091-Fight Back Right Now, More about PoliceHEART 1091 and women safety and security. We would give all the details to you on CD. Then you have to distribute the leaflets and registration forms

To spread awareness about this event thru social media

To enroll more ambassadors (optional)

Any other way by which can value add to this event

Approx Total Time commitment would be 15 hrs in a span of 20 days

2 hrs for intro meeting with us and plan of action

2 hrs to identify the organization and take permission (optional)

2 hrs for planning implementation and execution with meeting

2 hrs to get training and video speeches, your presentation etc for the event

2 hrs on 9th october and if u r giving 2 presentations then 4 hrs

2 hrs after 9th october for review

2 hrs for misc activities for the event.
