Ranjit Vilas Palace is famous for its good-looking architecture that is supposed to be prejudiced by Mughal, Victorian, Gothic and Dutch styles. The palace has a Mughal ground, Victorian style windows with stained glass, Gothic arches and a large Middle Dutch way roof. This palace was designed and constructed by Amarsinhji to be a lookout over the Wankaner Town. Wankander Palace, Wankaner was designed and built by the last monarch of the area, Maharana Raj Shri Amarsinhji, in the beginning of the 20th century.
