Ugly is an upcoming 2014 Bollywood Hindi psychological thriller and an emotional drama film. Ugly movie 2014 directed and written by Anurag Kashyap. The film is produced by DAR Motion Pictures and Phantom Films. This movie stars Ronit Roy, Girish Kulkarni, Tejaswani Kolhapure, Surveen Chawla, Vinit Kumar Singh, Vipin Sharma in important roles. The movie also features Rahul Bhat, the ‘model turned TV’ actor in a vital role. The film Ugly is slated to release on 19th September, 2014.

Ugly movie is a dark psycholgical thriller on the surface, and is an emotional drama within. Bose, an Additional Commissioner of Police, is an extremely straight-forward professional. However, these lines are a bit blurred in his relationship with his wife Shalini.

Tejaswini Kolhapure as Shalini plays a middle class housewife, who is compelled to stay at the home by her husband Ronit Roy, who plays as Bose Shoumik, the police chief. Over a period of time, she thinks of contemplating suicide and tries to shoot herself, when Kali played by Anishika Shrivastava, her daughter interrupts her. Ronit is her second husband.

This is a real thriller and the movie takes twists and turns with Kali being missing and Ronit accusing Rahul, ex husband of Tejaswini of kidnapping and torturing her.

The movie’s digital poster was released for the first time this 8th May and was well received by the general audience.
