Exhibition of The Roerich Pact : History and Modernity 2015 Gandhinagar Gujarat

International Center of the Roerich (ICR), Moscow, Russian Federation is jointly organizing an exhibition of The Roerich Pact : History and Modernity in Gandhinagar. The Roerich Pact : History and Modernity from 6th January to 6th February 2015 from 11 am.

Special exhibition of the Roerich Pact is located at Indian Legal History Museum in Gandhinagar. The Roerich Pact is the first international treaty on the protection of art, science, religion and monuments. This unique legal document sprang from the initiative of Nicholas Roerich, a famous Russian painter and jurist. This exhibition will present materials on the history of the Roerich Pact, unique photographs and reproductions of the Roerich’s’ paintings.

Exhibition of The Roerich Pact : History and Modernity 2015 Gandhinagar was the history and contents of the Roerich Pact and the life and work of Nicholas and Helena Roerich.
