Vadodara International Art and Culture Festival is authority head state Tourism and Finance Minister Saurabh Patel. This event is for the first time in India. City of Vadodara is the cultural capital of Gujarat and is famous for its rich heritage, fine arts, performing arts, iconic architecture, industrious nature and academic infrastructure.

VADFEST will be held Total 50 events at 15 different venues in Vadodara. Vadodara International Art and Cultural Festival 2015 include place like Navlakhi ground, Laxmi Vilak palace, Reliance Sports stadium, Manjalpur outdoor stadium, CC Mehta auditorium, various multiplexes, fine arts faculty and Kirti mandir.

The four day VADFEST (Vadodara International Art and Culture Festival) 2015 will have Oscar winner music maestro A R Rahman as its star attraction on 26 January 2015. Apart from Rahman, international pianist Yanni, artists such as Sivamani and Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia besides theatre stalwarts Paresh Rawal and Anupam Kher would also be present.
