Today on 8th September 2014, lots of Ganesh Visarjan was done in the city Rajkot. Ideally Ganesh Visarjan is 10-11 Days Indian Festival originally from Maharashtra (Marathi People).

Today, from morning time to evening time, throught the day most of the main roads were blocked by Ganesh Visarjan Team of different Pandals. In Rojkot City Only, there were more than 500 Ganesh Mandal had celebrated 2014 Ganpati Festival.

Highest Police Security was set up at all Ganesh Visarjan Places in and around the city Rajkot to minimize the accidents. Group of people used to play Dandiya Raas with Abil Gulal and Traditional Clothes during Ganesh Visarjan. Ganpati Visarjan is also known as Anant Chaturthi which is not fix, as people used to Ganpati Visarjan at any point of time after 3 days.
